Everything was nice including stuff and location. Pleasant view, a nice balcony, large bed, too. The hotel itself was in a dog friendly area. Also, it was only 1 km from the loop.

I loved staff and location, which were first class! The bedroom was comfortable and the bed was very big. Pet-friendly hotel in a historic area of Chicago. Comfortable reception.

Cool and cool rooms, sweet staff. It was nice having climate control and balcony. Public parking and modern facilities. A wonderful beach, excellent view:)))

i enjoyed quiet location of the hotel and competent staff. breakfast was warm - variety of options. amazing beds, air conditioning and balcony were a nice touch. good service and a good restaurant, available onsite. wi-fi was provided for gbp 10 per 24 hours. state tube station was 10 min away.

Magnificent mile is next door. 600 feet away there is einstein brothers bagels. Downtown Chicago is a district that deserves exploring.

Great location and tourist-friendly prices. Centrally located hotel. Private parking was available on site. If we return to Chicago we would stay there again.
